RETURN POLICY

At CS Soap Emporium,  your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel good about your purchase and the products you use on your skin. Unfortunately, since the soap is a personal hygiene item we cannot accept any returns. If you find that a product doesn’t meet your expectations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at sales@cssoapemporium.com within a reasonable timeframe and we'd be happy to provide a refund if necessary.

We currently only ships within the US.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once you place your order, we will process it within 7 working days. If you happen to place your order after 5 PM, don’t worry! We will take care of it first thing the next business day. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with care.

Shipping cost are calculated by delivery zip code. 

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50.00

 

IF PACKAGES ARE DELAYED
